Complaints Procedure

Any enquiry or complaint should be addressed in the first instance to your broker.

We aim to provide a first class service at all times, however, if you have any complaint regarding the standard of service you have received under your policy, the following procedure is available to you to resolve the situation.

We will fully investigate your complaint and issue a response within 8 weeks. If you remain dissatisfied with outcome or we are unable to resolve your complaint you refer the matter to the appropriate Ombudsman’s Service for investigation.
