New Enhanced Coverall product now live on Open GI

In collaboration with Open GI, we are delighted to announce the launch of a new version of our well established non-standard Home proposition Coverall.  Reflecting a strengthened partnership with Open GI software platform, the core enhancements to the product include IHP, Flood Re and improved guaranteed quotability through data enrichment and sophisticated Underwriting upgrades.

Backed by A-rated capacity, Coverall helps brokers in placing those more difficult risks by providing an adaptable approach to risk appetite and underwriting stance.  It auto-quotes for a wide variety of unique risks including unoccupied properties, non-standard construction, holiday homes and residential let properties.

Commenting on the recent launch, Tim Baxter, Head of Broker Development noted:

“We continue to invest in the evolution of our insurance solutions, and I am pleased to deploy this latest version of our Coverall non-standard Household proposition to our broker partners via the Open GI software platform.  This development will provide brokers with improved quotability, pricing and access to Flood Re enhancing the familiar benefits of our core Household offering.  We look forward to discussing the upgrades with our partners and working closely to optimise trading relationships.”

In line with a programme of strategic software developments, the evolution of Coverall via Open GI is a pivotal initiative for our brokers and the trading partnerships that we have built over the past 26 years of trading.  We are thrilled to offer this enhanced solution to our established broker community and to reinforce our commitment in delivering a wide-reaching underwriting footprint, acclaimed underwriting & claims service, backed by an A-rated capacity arrangement.  We believe the enhancements will really help our brokers grow in unique areas and your customers choice when talking about specialist non-standard Home insurance requirements.

Simon Macray, Director of Insurer Relations at Open GI added: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Prestige Underwriting again to widen its distribution and offer brokers quality non-standard home insurance cover at competitive prices. With pricing flexibility becoming even more critical to our customers, we’re seeing growing appetite for our latest cloud-based insurer hosted pricing solution IHP Plus”.
